This will be the first meeting presided over by the new governor, Vitai Ratanakorn, and will include two new committee members. Economists predict the decision may not be unanimous as the committee seeks to maintain policy flexibility amid weaker economic signals. The focus will be on assessing the impact of a previous rate cut made in August. While a hold is expected tomorrow, some analysts forecast a potential rate cut in December to further support the economy.
